Ethical Trading

We are proud to share our ethical trading policies with our colleagues, customers and suppliers in order to gain their support and commitment to the principles of ethical trading. Country Style’s code of conduct is consistent with the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code.

Food Safety

Concern for food safety is at the heart of all our planning and procedures. We are continually improving and upgrading our systems and have training programmes in place to ensure that food safety is an integral part of our company culture.

Each production line has been assessed using the HACCP protocol (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and all the key areas identified in this process become the responsibility of specially trained staff. We have state of the art ingredient traceability procedures and have put in place an on-line microbiological results programme. This is part of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), a system that helps manage our processes so that we can meet the varying criteria that are important from product to product.

We are also able to analyse and interpret all our data by customer, products or ingredients, so you can be confident that any queries can be answered quickly and efficiently. And should you be interested in developing new product ranges, Country Style have the experience to make sure that they are fully compliant at all levels.
