Our Elisabeth the Chef Development kitchen has won a prestigious Quality Food Awards 2020 for the best Sharing Dessert in their Christmas Reviews.

Judges commented on the smoothness and authentic flavour of the cream and custard layers and our whole fruit compote, which is a bit of a speciality of ours was also commended.  The sponge is soft and typical of a really good trifle.  Could this be another recipe where a vegan alternative tastes better than the dairy version?
