Our production facilities are EFSIS approved and we operate an ISO9002 quality system.
Our doughnut plant produces up to 40,000 doughnuts an hour.
Our unique spiral cooling belt is half a mile long.
Fresh doughnuts are frozen to -20°C in less than an hour.
The freshness is sealed in and the cases are labelled and coded for traceability.
The Country Style process means reduced oil consumption. Fried products made from Stress-Free dough absorb much less frying fat. The same gluten structure that holds water in keeps fat out. By comparison, conventionally processed dough, with its damaged gluten structure, soaks up cooking oil like a sponge. We have experienced over an 11% decrease in fat absorption.
